A Tale of Three Kings by Gene Edwards, it has been around a little while, but takes a hard look at the importance of brokeness related to effectiveness.

Update on "Big C Church"
Three chapters are in their final stages for my first book Big C Church and I hope to relealse it by the end of the year. Big C is a comparrison between church little c (what church ends up being when it isnt about Jesus mission and heart) and church big C (the chruch that Jesus is building). It is my hope to encourage and equip the people of Impact and other pastors and Christ-followers to be everything God needs us to be for this generation.
